EWP IIA Hash Verification

• Get the cooperation-conditions object from the iias-get-response.
• Remove the sending and receiving contacts content from the cooperation-conditions.
• Apply the XML namespace to the cooperation-conditions XML as below:
  xmlns="https://github.com/erasmus-without-paper/ewp-specs-api-iias/blob/stable-v6/endpoints/get-response.xsd"
• Apply the XML Canonicalization to the XML (ref: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canonical_XML )
  (remove new lines; remove spaces between tags; make the XML one line.)
• Hash the result XML with the SHA256 algorithm to get the hash code of the IIA.
• Use this hash code in the iias-get-response.
